Hi Boxofgiraffes sorry wasn't letting me tag you... and my apologies for the late reply. Found your email from July when I was cleaning up my inbox. I haven't found a way to do this outside of Visio Desktop, just really hoping they add this to Visio Online some day... would be a game changer if they could... To my understanding, there might be a movement towards Project Operations on Dynamics 365 to replace Project Online. Good Morning Tech Community, I hope you are all having a positive 2024, and I am hoping you could possibly help me find a way to make my 2024 a bit more positive as well. I have been exploring a common "risk" with regards to the enabling of the "Custom Scripts" function on SharePoint, and was hoping to get either a workaround, or if I could possibly propose a possibility of a solution. Currently, the ability to 'Save a Template' for a SharePoint list is tied to the function on the administrator side "Enable the use of Custom Scripts". The problem with this is that the function to "Enable the use of Custom Scripts" is not limited to SharePoint lists, but a lot of other possibilities of script embedding capabilities within SharePoint as well. I am trying to "Save a List as a template > WITH the included content" from a "Personal SharePoint", and then import it into a SharePoint Online site. I know this can be done by enabling Custom Scripts, but the risks are too large to mitigate once that feature is switched on, even for a moment to just quickly save a couple templates, as anything is possible, and we do not want to leave anything to chance. There are a lot of functional limitations to importing files from a spreadsheet or CSV including ones that are exported from a list, and it would be a welcome option to be able to save a "SharePoint List Template" without having to enable "All Custom Scripts". So my ask was, is it possible to have the "Save as a template for a Microsoft List" and/or "Save as a template for a SharePoint Site" and/or "Any and all Other Custom-Like Scripts" as separate options, or just simply 'More' options, so we have more control over what Custom Scripts can be run? I wasn't the first one to bring up this issue, and someone even went as far to say they felt there was a 'loss in value' not having this solution:SharePoint 2016 Online - How do I save a list as a template? - Microsoft Communityback in Jan 2020, and I was wondering if since 4 years have past since then, if this is 'now' a possibility to revisit with SharePoint Online? Any thoughts, feedback, concerns, support, or workarounds would be welcome and appreciated. Good Morning Tech Community, Is there an option in place to select 'where' the Information Security Label selector is placed in 'Reply' preview reading pane? Our requirements require the use of bilingual languages, and as a result, the label is too large to fit, and it covers the 'Subject Line'. Is it possible the label selector could be relocated to next to the Discard/Pop Out boxes instead, in the next Outlook 365 update release? We do not have the option to 'disable' the Sensitivity Field due to compliance requirements. Thank you for your time and consideration. Good Morning, I was hoping to get some clarification if anyone has considered enabling the EventDblClick variable in Visio to be made functional on the SharePoint Online Visio Viewer? Basically I would like to create a button that once double clicked, can cause a text box or callout to disappear and reappear on the diagram. This function works fine in Visio Desktop App, but would like it to be a 'quick' and 'reliable' resource for users to access from the SharePoint site directly, as not everyone has a Visio license. They can use 'Hyperlinks' on shapes, but the EventDblClick variable is not functional. Any idea if this would be a feature to introduce in a future update? Joanna Parkhurst Good Morning Joanna, I appreciate that the MS Planner Team has been making the efforts to reach out to the Planner community. A couple things I would like to see. I've noticed a lot of the functions mentioned in previous comments have been implemented. I would hope to see the following: 1. For the actual 'Card', is it possible to change/manipulate its appearance either with Solid Colours, Gradiant Colours or Custom images, instead of just plain white cards, as well with the coloured labels? Even the option for a light grey so it is a little easier on the eyes. 2. For the MS Planner application in SharePoint, you are provided some backgrounds to use, but they aren't necessarily appropriate for our team, and would appreciate the ability to customize the background colour of the application, either with Solid/Gradient Colour or a custom background. Hello, I am relatively new to Power Automate Flows, and I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to copy/move a list item from one MS List to another MS List using a flow, but instead of just selecting the item and moving to another list directly, if it was possible to 'Select which list an item is being copied to' from a dropdown selected value in the 'For a selected Item' workflow. I was trying to do a flow that uses the following: Gets the selected item from the list and simply based on what the condition of the selection was, copy the list item into the selected list (There are x2 "Apply to each" after the Get Item, one for each list from the dropdown menu) where the only differences are the "Condition - Select Fiscal Quarter is equal to Q1 OR Q2" and the "Create Item in List Q1 OR Q2" But I keep getting an error when I run the test stating there is an issue with the Apply to Each action with not recognizing a string and needs to be a valid array. I am assuming instead of using the direct point to result of choice from Q1 or Q2, that I would instead need to use a 'Filter Array' expression that assigns a value to the result, but I am not sure if what I am trying to do is even possible. It sounds simple, but I thought I would ask. Thanks for your help.
