Onedrive App in Teams not show files
After we change we did a tenant rename on October 18 2024 in which we change sharepoint url we have an issue with the Onedrive app in teams. It doesn't load any files. The Onedrive client in Windows works without any issues. Opening teams in the webclient gives us the same issue. Resetting the teams client doesn't help. Anyone any ideas? Below the error we see.Solved716Views0likes2CommentsConditional Access and Edge Sync
We have an CA policy for users with admin roles set for all cloud apps with a few exceptions such as Office 365. This CA policy has a signin frequency set that require those users with a admin role to sign in again when the period has expired. We also want exclude Microsoft Edge because the profile sign in also triggers the CA, but cannot select Microsoft Edge in the exclusions. How can we solve this?2.6KViews0likes6CommentsOutlook calendar sync to native iphone calendar app
Whenever i add a calendar of a colleague to my calendar in Outlook then the calendar of this person is also added to the native calendar app on my iphone. But when another colleague is doing the same in Outlook then the calendar is not added to the native calendar app on his iphone. What setting is influencing this behaviour?710Views0likes0CommentsRe: Authentication issues with Outlook 365 and Teams
Starting Outlook in Safe mode doesn't make a difference. In the teams log i saw this. User is not getting any error messages. Upon trying to login in Teams it just says logging on in Dutch. Outlook freezes completely. The only way to fix it is to restart the laptop . Than it works again for a couple of hours. We even tried resetting the laptop to factory defaults and reinstall the device. That too doesn't fix the issue2.2KViews0likes4CommentsAuthentication issues with Outlook 365 and Teams
Some users are experiencing signin issues with Outlook and Teams. When they start their laptops there is no authentication issue but after a while during the day Outlook has a connection problem and teams comes with the message that you have to sign in Those users can use the webversion of Outlook and Teams with no issues The version they are running is Version 2205 (Build 15225.20204)2.5KViews0likes6CommentsPassword change issue
The last weeks we experience issue with users changing passwords. User are created on premise in the Active Directory and synced with Azure AD connect (where are still running version 1.2.70.0). New users get a temporary password which they have to change on first logon. Our users get devices which are setup through autopilot. They get prompted to change the password but when they do they get a message that the password is changed but that servers have process this change, resulting in issue that user cannot continue to setup the device. As a work around we tell them to turn of the device. They then can continue through the autopilot process because the password is already changed. We use PTA and PHS still enabled. We moved form ADFS with PHS in June this year to PTA. We didn't have this error the first month after this change. The error we see in the audit logs is OnPremisesSuccessCloudFailure. So it seems there is some kind of delay after password is changed on premise. I cannot anything on this particular error12KViews0likes4CommentsRe: Outlook Continues to Crash 16.0.14228.20250
Does the user have large Calendar groups? Try deleting those groups or at least reduce the number of calendars in those groups. According to the beta release notes there is a bug, which is fixed in the beta version, that causes Outlook to not responding with large numbers of groups. We had several users who reported issues with the calendar in Outlook desktop version. All of those users had large calendargroups. Deleting those group or decreasing the size of those groups substantially, solved the problem15KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Incorrect compliancy issue
Also the NGC Prereq check says this.
