Unable to see Inplace Archive in outlook of Office ProPlus for Kiosk users
Hello... I am unable to see Inplace Archive option in outlook for Exchange Online Kiosk users only in microsoft 365 app for enterprise (office proplus). I am able to seem the same for other license users like E1, E3 & Business premium. Issue is only with Kiosk users in microsoft 365 app for enterprise. Kindly help. We are doing Gsuite to O365 where we are getting below for single user from past 24 hrs. We have tried restarting user from batch & also from powershell script still its giving same error. Kindly help if anyone has idea on this. It will helps me a lot. We have performed Gsuite to O365 migration. After migration we have enabled In-Place Archive feature & default Retention policy to all 300 users. After applying default retention policy 02 years old emails moved to In-Place archive mailbox for all 300 users. As there mailbox size is not big they are complaining to restore all In-Place archive emails back to Primary mailbox into respective folder eg. In-Place archive 'Inbox folder' to Primary 'Inbox' folder & for other folders also. We cannot perform this manually as it needs to be done for 300 users. Hello, I have issue with Inplace Archive option splitting issue in OWA. I have switchover E1 & EOA licenses from EOP2 to users just before 15-20 hrs. Also enabled Inplace archive feature & applied retention policy. As checked in EAC, data is in process of migration from primary mailbox to archive mailbox. But users are not able see emails from Inplace Archive option by splitting drop down option from any of web browsers. Kindly suggest. Hello, I have more than 100 nos of EOP2 license users with 80-90 GB data in their primary mailbox. I want to change their plan from EOP2 to E1 which has only 50 GB of mailbox, additionally we have purchased Inplace archive also for E1 plan for additional 30-40 GB data. At the time of reassigning of licenses only 50 GB of mailbox data will gets move to E1 mailbox. How to move remaining 30-40 GB data in Inpalce archive of E1 plan as when we remove users from EOP2 their Inplace archive also gets removed? Plz suggest.501Views0likes1Comment
