Manager user data report not showing titles of videos watched
When I pull a report of a user to see if they have watched a video it will not show the title of the video but a long alphanumeric string. When clicking the string it will go to the video. There is another poster that had this same issue but said it was resolved somehow on its own. Does anyone know a way to fix this? Chris_McGuinn I tried running the report on as user and found the same problem you had. The titles are only showing up as long strings of alpha numeric characters. I am able to click through the video but the report itself does not have the title name. Are you still seeing this issue on your end? Did you do anything to resolve it on your end? Thanks for your help.
