Outlook 365 Desktop Application will not expand secondary email
Hello, I have a user who has multiple email addresses for our various companies. One address, intermitted, will not expand the mailbox in the desktop application. Our workaround is to remove that address and reapply it to the application. This allows it to work for a short time, then it will not expand anymore and we have to remove it and add it back once again. Our organization is having this issue with incoming and outgoing mail. I have had our users remove the weblink from their signature line, after speaking with a Microsoft Tech, and mail is flowing out from us without being rejected now. Today, we have started to see that all mail, with any type of link in it, is going into our Junk Folders. We spoke to a Microsoft Tech and he guided us to an Admin setting that needed turned on. Group emails for all employees are coming in properly now. I have four users in my organization that are experiencing distribution groups displaying x amount of new emails counter, but no new emails are visible. Each user is experiencing this with a completely different distribution group. Turned off cache mode and turned it back on. (This brought in the newest group emails, but it once again stopped displaying newer ones) Renamed the .ost file and let it rebuild another. (This brought in the newest group emails, but it once again stopped displaying newer ones) Made a new Outlook user profile. (This brought in the newest group emails, but it once again stopped displaying newer ones) Using Outlook on the web does show new group emails.
