Promo code applied to the wrong tenant

Hi,

thanks for let us joining this private preview.

I followed the instructions for assigning the promo code to the tenant but… while I was logged as a Global Admin of our “production” tenant it applies the Univeral print licenses to a “test” tenant that we use only for demos (but with a similar directory name ).

I’m quite aware of the process since I personally assing license to our production tenant since 2011.

I really don’t know why the registration process pick up that "wrong tenant".

I released and deleted the licenses from the wrong tenant but the code is no more valid and i'm no more able to add it to the right tenant. Is there a way to fix this?

@Francesco Tamba to apply a promo code we recommend login to the right tenant by browsing through an "InPrivate" window.

 

We will work with you separately to help you with the issue.
