Hi
recently we have bought some Canon printers with native support for Universal Print and registered on Azure
On a local Print Server W2022 we have added these printers with a service account authorized to access on Azure
On this Print Server is running the service SAPSprint and it is running with the same service account used to register the printers from Azure
Then we have the ERP SAP where we created printer name for Canon
So the workflow is the following:
SAP --> Print Server W2022 with SAPSprint --> Azure Cloud with Universal Print --> INTERNET --> physical device Canon
Everything work well if we are connected to the Print Server W2022. As soon as we sign out from the Print Server or we reboot it then the communication from SAP is broken
Do you have any idea what is wrong?
