Print in A3 format with Toshiba Copier

Hello,

I have configure all my printers with univerval print but its impossible to print in A3 with toshiba printers.
How can i solve this problem  please ? is there a solution ?

Hello,

You do not mention if your printers are on a Connector Server or if they are "UP Ready" printers connected directly to Azure.

There is a specific topic on the page the link points to called "What if an option is listed above but I do not see it when I attempt to print?" which you can read up on which is explaining the reasons a print option is not being shown.

I Finally found the solution yesterday !

My printers are installed on a physical server in my main office and sync with "print connector app" on Azure.
The problem is that was using the "universal printer driver" made by Toshiba for all printers in the physical server.
I finally change to PS3 driver and miracle its works !
