Hello, everyone, and Happy Friday!

Let's recap a few of the highlights from the past week!

MTC Moments of the Week

To kick things off, our MTC Member of the Week spotlight is one of our top contributors for the week and an Office Apps & Services MVP, @Juan Carlos González Martín! We’re honored to have you in the community!

We had our first Ask Microsoft Anything’s (AMA’s) of 2023 this Tuesday! First up, we had the Windows 365 for Gov AMA, which featured expert panelists @Robert_Nishi, @Roy Barton, and @PhilWest answering questions about Windows 365 and collecting feedback!

After that, we had a Microsoft Loop AMA, where @Shane Chism, @Jon Kaufthal, @Constance Gervais, and@julieseto gathered to answer questions and discuss the value of Loop components and vision for the Loop app. Make sure you go back and catch up on these AMA’s if you missed out and check out the upcoming events below so you join us for the next one

Lastly, over on the blogs this week, @The_Exchange_Team is asking for input from the MTC to help improve the Exchange Server Update experience. You can find the link to their brief survey, which is open through the end of January, here!

Unanswered Questions - Can you help them out?

Every week, users come to the MTC seeking guidance or technical support for their Microsoft solutions, and we want to help highlight a few of these each week in the hopes of getting these questions answered by our amazing community!

In the SharePoint forum, @Julian12 is turning to the MTC for help with a persistent issue with their Content Delivery Network that is not allowing some users to access Office templates.

Meanwhile, over in the Office 365 forum, @aaanne has a user who has select emails getting stuck in their outbox. Do you have any ideas to help them out?

And in honor of National Cheese lover’s Day today… did you know that cheese is believed to have first been made close to 10,000 years ago on accident? The exact details of the first cheesemaking are unknown, but whoever made the discovery all those years ago, we salute you!

And with that, have a goud-a weekend, everyone!
