Hello everyone, I purchased a used laptop and when attempting to change the login method from password to PIN, the system displayed an unfamiliar account name: DESKTOP-JUBIASH. Even after performing a factory reset, this name persists. Does this mean someone else could still access the device? How can I completely remove any potential permissions?21Views0likes1CommentPIN reset in windows 11 after motherboard change
Hello hoping someone can help me, I have changed motherboard, entered the bitlocker key and now can’t login to my windows credentials as it’s wanting me to reset my pin but when I click send me a reset code via my email I don’t receive anything. Has anyone ever encountered this? I would usually do a fresh install when swapping motherboard but it unexpected died and so didn’t have chance to back my files up.53Views0likes2CommentsI lost all my data following actions taken under the guidance of the Windows Support team
I had an issue with my microphone — it wasn’t showing up on my laptop. So I contacted Windows Support. They tried every possible solution, and then their team asked me to reinstall Windows. After the reinstallation, I suddenly lost the Quick Assist feature, and my laptop started behaving like a completely new device. Because of this, all my drivers were removed, and I had to download and install them manually from the internet to fix the issues. I opened another support ticket with Windows Support, but after asking me a few questions, they didn’t provide any proper solution. Instead, they just continued asking feature-related questions. As a result, I lost all the data on my laptop. I knew the data was still stored inside the Windows folder, but I didn’t recover it in time. Later, I deleted the folder because it was taking up too much storage space. Now I’m using Windows like a brand-new system, and after this experience, I have decided that I will never contact Windows Support again !!!!!!!45Views0likes2CommentsUpload inexistant avec KB5066835 (26100.6899)
