Arc blade enhancements
We recently introduced Azure management capabilities like Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Update Manager, VM Insights and more for Arc-enabled SCVMM VMs. You can discover guidance on how to get started with Azure Arc-enabled SCVMM and install Arc agents at scale from the Azure Arc blade in the SCVMM product. If you are running WS 2012 and 2012R2 hosts and VMs, you can also get to know the forward-looking options as these OSes went out of support recently. Read more about Arc enabled SCVMM here.
Enhanced VM conversion performance from VMware to Hyper-V
SCVMM now comes with 4x improved speed while converting your VMs from ESXi based to Hyper-V based. With support now added for VMware VMs with disk sizes greater than 2TB, you can now leverage SCVMM as a V2V conversion tool and a datacenter management tool.
