Every year, the Imagine Cup brings together the brightest student developers from across the globe to contend for the chance to win cash and prizes. Now in its 16th year, student teams were challenged to bring forward ideas using Artificial Intelligence, Mixed Reality, and Big Data, among others.

We had many incredible competition entries this year from the online finals, and we are thrilled to introduce this year’s Online Imagine Cup Finals winners! The first place team, NextFEM, will participate in the Imagine Cup World Finals at Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington on July 23rd-25th.

Follow the World Finalist teams as they compete for up to $100,000 in prizes, and the first-place champions will receive a mentoring session with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Three special $15,000 prizes will also be awarded to the teams with the best solutions in AI, Big Data, and Mixed Reality. Join us in congratulating our Online Finals winners for all their hard work!
