Is there a way to monitor or get alerts when a SharePoint site changes its permissions? For example, if someone new gets added to a SharePoint group or the permissions for the site changes. I've tried using Microsoft Purview alerts, but after setting up a few alerts several days ago, it doesn't seem to be working. I'm not sure if these alerts just aren't working or I set it up wrong? Is there some other tool I can look into? The only other thing I can think of is a flow to run a report or maybe a Power BI report showing the users and groups.
