Microsoft List - Maximum Items and Archives
Hello everyone,
Do you know how many line we could setup on a single List ? And do you know if it's possible, as soon as one of item is consider as done/closed, we could archive it to avoid to deleted it ?

Romain1080 the maximum number of items in a SharePoint/Lists list is 31 million.
To archive an item you would need to build a flow in Power Automate to copy it to a separate list and then delete it from the live list.
