For a large project, we use Sharepoint as a file repository. The documents pass through different milestones. These milestones are updated in a column called "Baseline".
We want to be able to generate a view where we only have the files with the corresponding milestone label (including folder structure). I would like to be able to export and archive this view afterwards.
The challenge here is that a document goes through several milestones. The current version maybe has the Milestone-Label "50% Completion". However, in the view we would like to have the Version of the Document with the Milestone "25% Completion" from an earlier point in time.
I am very curious if there is a solution to this.
