SDS not synchronise

Hello everyone and thanks for all the contributs

I have a problem on my SDS. Since more than a week ago I have one profile that is stuck and no matter if I upload new files or reset the synchronisation, keeps saying:

"0 records processed last hour and 0 records synchronised last hour"

Any ideas of what I can do?
