Update a SP field from a MS Form if the field is not empty

Hi,

I have a SP list and a MS Form that you can fill out to update the element. The thing is, that not all the fields is changing, so some of them will not be filled out. So - is it possible to find out if a field is filled out and just update it directly in the field of the update item element or do I have to make a Condition for each of the fields?
