Trigger a flow when a SharePoint list is changed

Hello

I am trying to create an email alert when a SharePoint list item is changed. If the training status is Not trained, I want to send an email to group of people. Screenshot of my flow is as shown below, which does not work correctly. 

Any help on this is highly appreciated
