SharePoint action "Create file" sometimes slow

Dear community,

We have a flow with the last action placing a pdf file on Sharepoint Online, using the "Create file" action. The pdf files are 500KB or less. Frequently, it happens that even though the flow finished successfully minutes ago, the file is still not visible on SharePoint, sometimes even taking 10+ minutes to show.

Any ideas?
