Replace accented characters

Hi everyone,

Throughout Microsoft Forms, I extract informations and use them in Flow.

My problem now is to replace all accented characters and spaces from each field.

I tried to use "Replace" and "CreateArray" expressions but get stocked.

Do you have any idea how to do it?
