Powerapps and Webex

I would like to confirm whether the Webex could be connected to Powerapps.

For example, I set a meeting by using Powerapps application and that meeting needs to be a Webex meeing.

Out of the box, not really, but you can technically connect it to azure functions or something that can call a Webex API that might be able to do some trickery, but then you might as well at that point have a custom application.
