I am still fairly new to PowerApps but from what i have seen its been leveraged across our SharePoint Online tenant. If someone wanted to use PowerApps as a solution that did not involve a Microsoft Office 365 service, will that be possible? For example if someone wanted to use PowerApps to develop an intake process solution and connect it/use it with some other document management systems like Documentum will that be possible? Thanks
Yes, you can have PowerApps as an standalone service and use the common data service for your PowerApps data model. In regards of connection to other systems, PowrApps provide a bunch of connectors and you can create custom ones
