Platform governance related to sharepointformapps and model driven apps

Hello

I'm looking for a solution to automate clean up / remove unused SharepointFormApps and Model driven apps after they haven't been used or modified for a certain period. It should work similar as the flows in the center of excellence regarding the Canvas apps and flows.
Are there any templates available?
