Microsoft Flow user
About to endeavor on many new work flows however was curious what others working for a large business or IT department use for a user that triggers the work flow. Understanding you can login with your typical day to day username and create one, is it best to create a generic user that is specific to MSFT Flow or does it not matter? Most of the flows I will want to create will start from SharePoint or MSFT Forms that when approved will send an email....etc
Any thoughts on best practices are welcomed.

- Anything that is required to be there if I leave I use a service account for. Which pretty much anything not directly mine. This was if I leave or I get forced to leave, when your account is shut off you're processes continue to run.
