Interactive help and decision tree

Hi Friends , 
Can anyone advise what is used to built this . I am trying to create a decision tree (interactive) for my team but not sure what route to take .

      Is it a built app because when I search canvas it takes me to a blank page where I can build one .

        Xeryar you have to build it from scratch or pay that company to do it for you. It's not a downloadable solution. It seems to use lots of cascading fields so possibly (possibly) isn't that difficult to build but will take time and quite a steep learning curve
