Bypass Sharepoint Native PAGE Creation via PowerApps

I would like to replace the experience of Sharepoint modern page creation by using PowerApps.

Im imagining something like an app that has a customized 'Create new Page' button and this initiates page creation and bypasses the interface of the regular Sharepoint page creation.

There are too many buttons and menu options for a user who simply wishes to create a wiki page so I thought I'd bypass it by moving this functionality to an app instead of native Sharepoint

Is this possible? and how?
