I have Outlook 365 with multiple email accounts. I need to stop the synchronizing (send and receive) of one of them but want to keep all the data for future use. I have looked at settings and elsewhere I can think of and it seems the only way to stop synchronizing is to delete the account which I would assume would also delete the data.

Thank you for any guidance you can send my way

You have posted on the Microsoft Learn board which is all about exams, certification and training.
You would have better luck on the Outlook community board
