Since Office365 stopped supporting POP3, I had to get a little creative for a client using Outlook for Mac. I left the POP account in there, but stopped it from checking mail automatically. Then I added the same account as Exchange and setup a rule to move mail that comes in to the On My Computer-Inbox folder. There are various reasons he needs to keep the same structure.
I'd like to accomplish a couple things: 1) When starting Outlook, I'd like the Exchange account folders to all be collapsed so all you see is the email address with all the folders collapsed into it. Currently, when starting Outlook all accounts start with their folders showing. 2) Make it so that no matter what, you always start in the On My Computer-Inbox folder.
Not sure if this is possible in Outlooks for Mac. Any help is appreciated.
