New Outlook - Not seeing new emails in inbox

Hello,

 

Couple of my users report not seeing new emails in inbox on New Outlook. New emails will appear after closing and reopening New Outlook. 

 

You can see the new emails on outlook.office.com

 

Edit - I did reset and reinstalled new Outlook. All users use Windows 11.

I also had the impression that the automatic synchronization reacts more slowly than before. Perhaps this is due to initial preparations for the future offline feature.
