Missing Tracking option in sent emails.

Outlook 2016

Show group is missing on ribbon when opening sent item and also the tracking icon beside the sent item (as per attached 2 pics of a case that i have sent in Outlook 2013 and it is OK and the other pic which does not contain tracking feature in Outlook 2016)

Taking into consideration that i had marked both request Delivery Receipt and Read Receipt !!!
