What happened to the 'Share' pop up?

Hi,

When I selected a file in OneDrive for Buiness (web) and clicked on 'Share' I used to get a window like:

But today my users have started to report that they are only seeing:

What's happened to the rest of the invite options? Have I missing something?

So now you have to go to the 'Sharing' option in the right hand info panel to trigger the old Sharing pop up?
When did any of these UI changes get announced?
