ONEDRIVE Does not Connect and Sync

I'm working for the IAA (Israel Antiquity Authority). I have a similar problem. I can connect to and enter OneDrive in my browser. But the sync to my folder is failing. I can work but can't upload and download new content or see my folders.

  • This problem continues for three days. 
  • I'm not the only member of the organization that had that problem.
  • I deleted the sync folder and reinstalled her, but with no results.

Your organisation's IT department runs your OneDrive for Business account, and can escalate issues to Microsoft.

Don't delete things! Deleting cloud-synced files may delete the files _everywhere_.
