One Drive sync pending

Hi! I bought onedrive in the family package recently and faced wih a huge problem - sync pending while file is being edited, while a program used fo t i open and even some time after. That's why I don't see files after another person is working with them and even after. It does any collaborative work terribly. Is there any solution in business plans?
