Synchronization with calendar and time estimation for planned/scheduled tasks
Missing for planned/scheduled tasks is a field with the time estimate and an option to synchronize them with the calendar. It would be very interesting to see everything on your calendar and to apply some productivity techniques.4Views0likes0CommentsMake overdue tasks more visible
I'm a heavy user of To Do, and despite using it every day for several months, I just found the Overdue list under Planned. This is a really important list for me, but burying it here make it much less accessible and valuable. I'd like to recommend two possible approaches to make overdue tasks more visible: Add an "Overdue" smart list to the sidebar, at the same level as Important, Assigned to Me, etc. Have an option to show overdue tasks in My Day similar to the current option for Due Today tasks.4.8KViews14likes3CommentsTo Do steps don't sync with Classic Outlook tasks
Many of us (millions?) are never going to give up Classic Outlook because of all its useful features. I have added hundreds of steps in To Do but they don't sync over to Classic Outlook tasks. Please fix this. Even better...sync the My Day list while you're at it!14Views0likes0CommentsSearching for TO DO tasks in Outlook
I feel like I must be missing someting and have searched through posts but can't find the answer. I have been using Microsoft To Do (and love it). But now that it is available via Outlook, I can't seem to search my tasks. Any advice? I have used the search bar at the top, which brings up emails, but not tasks. Thank you.14KViews10likes24CommentsDue date shifts one day back from original entry
According to various past posts [ https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/due-dates-in-tasks-changes-to-the-day-prior/23e6168f-7eab-4219-92e9-82130788d28b ], the due date in the To Do grid view shifts back one day compared to the original due date entered, which continues to show correctly in list view. Has this been fixed ? In the downloaded version of To Do, there is no grid view, only the list view. However, when using an Outlook email account in the Emclient desktop email app, the due date does slip back one day on the Emclient recurrence form, but not on the Emclient task list. This implies that something in the Microsoft To Do software is still shifting the due date back by one day under some conditions. I am not on 365, so I cannot test whether 365 still shifts the grid view due date back by one day, compared to the original and correct list view date. Can someone on 365 check this out?5Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft To Do Tasks Disappeared
Hello, I used to have ~100 tasks in my To-Do application these days. As of yesterday, they have been reduced to ~50. Multiple tasks disappeared from various lists (the lists are all intact). I rely on To-Do a lot and that's why I have it on 2 Windows PCs, 3 iOS devices and 1 Android. All are synced to the ~50 baseline, which as of yesterday, since to be my as-is in Microsoft's servers. All 6 applications (in all 3 different platforms), are on To-Do version 2.55 (latest one as we speak today). Of course I have uninstalled/re-installed, log-out/in, and changed passwords to my Office 365 account several times, with no effect. When I visited the web app, to check the situation, my tasks were not deleted (i.e. reduced from ~100 to ~50), but I noticed, that these ~100 tasks, were not exactly my latest update (i.e. I have seen tasks here and there that I have recently closed, or changed that were not reflected in the web app). But at least the heavy reduction from ~100 to ~50 was not done (some hope there). But when I signed out and signed it again (always in the web app), then I saw all these tasks disappearing from here as well. So now, all 6 apps (Windows, iOS and Android), plus the web app, are ALL SYNCHORNIZED to this ~50 tasks baseline, which as of yesterday, seems to be my new as-is in Microsoft's servers. The disappeared messages are not in deleted tasks folder of Office365/Outlook, etc. They are totally gone. Can anyone support me, or suggest something to me ? Thank you!89KViews5likes74CommentsSynchronisation of ToDo

On my mobile (androide), there are 4777 tasks, everything OK. So why are so different numbers of tasks?24Views0likes0CommentsBookings Help
Hello, I am currently trying to make a bookings page on Bookings. I am having trouble with having my staff's available meeting times being accurately represented in the preview page of our bookings site. For example, I have myself and four other people; I have set my available time for 9-11 am on Mondays, and my other member has theirs from Thursday 3-5 pm, but they show up as unavailable. I have been playing around trying to figure it out, but I cannot.3Views0likes0CommentsMyDay Order Changes Without my Input
So I create a MyDay list, have everything ordered as I want, to go about my day. I come back to the list, having done nothing myself. The order has changed. Anybody out there get this problem? Anybody know why it does this? Anybody have a solution?679Views1like3CommentsTasks assigned to someone else showing on my planned list.
I have a couple of shared lists that my partner and I use to assign tasks that we need each other to complete. I assign a task to him – he adds a due date to it depending on when he can fit it into his schedule and vice versa. We switched over from Wunderlist to To Do — they both seemed to function pretty similarly so it seemed like the perfect switch with Wunderlist shutting down. But there's 1 issue I'm having... tasks assigned to HIM show up on MY planned list when he adds his due date.Is there a way to stop his tasks from showing up on my list?1.2KViews1like2CommentsMicrosoft To Do Online version will not show All - it goes to blank screen
I am using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 - when I use the online To Do, if I click on All, the page goes blank and freezes. This was working fine yesterday. My other Smart Groups work fine. On the desktop version, I can see everything under All (but the app crashes for a different reason - Shared Files) : ) I have closed browser, on and off VPN, closed outlook and done syncs. Any other ideas? Thanks braintrust!998Views2likes1CommentPlease add Toggle List for Loop
I'm very surprised that Loop has yet to integrate one of the most useful features that Notion has. The toggle list is absolutely basic. It lets you save nested information. Each page can have a lot more information. Why is this not integrated into Loop. Probably one of the main reasons my company hasn't adopted Loop yet. PLEASE add it.3.6KViews16likes10CommentsLists and tasks are gone
