The folder cannot be deleted. Even though we have removed everything from folder and gives an error "Request was cancelled by event received. if attempting to delete a non-empty folder, its possible that its on hold" in Teams Group Site.
@Kumar_Nesamoodu Teams stores it's files in SharePoint, so all the SharePoint functionality is available. If a hold or other content preservation is applied to SharePoint you may not be able to delete things. Maybe you could give some more details about how the folder was created and how you are attempting to delete it.
Hello @steven, Folder created under Teams channel files tab and tried delete from the same location using teams application as well as teams on web both getting same issue. Can you confirm how to check hold and other content preservation applied?
