Where has the list of channel favorites from v1 gone?

Now I have to wade through the whole hierarchy by remembering the team name of each of my favorite channels, click it and then search for it in the channels list of that team.

If it stays that way v2 is a bummer for me.  :\

Ran into the same trouble. You have to go Settings > Appearance >  Layout > List

And you are back to normal.
