User has E3 license, but can't access Microsoft Stream anymore, gets "Session has expired" error

I have a user that cannot access Microsoft Stream anymore, she can't access it at all, can't access the service in anyways, can't access her videos, she has an Office E3 license. She is constantly redirected to a page which states "Your session has expired" her Office is connected to Teams and she gets the same error message on Teams, i.e "Your session has expired". On the webpage, you can come to the "register new account" clicking the button will then state "Your account already exists" you click OK and you're back at the "Session has expired" error.

Might the problem be that she only had access to the 90 days free version, which she has used up? Or could it be something else?
