unable to access recording in stream
I am unable to access the recording in streams as in the supplier environment. They have advised they are 'unable to get' the video. this is required for support is there anyway we can get it ...
Lee-O79 What is "supplier environment"? Who is "they"? If you attended a Teams meeting as an external or a guest you can't view the recording via the Stream URL. Someone from the tenant where the meeting was recorded, for example the recording starter or a Stream Admin, should download the video and give you access over OneDrive or SharePoint. Does this help or didn't I get the intension of your Question?
