@Lee-O79 What is "supplier environment"? Who is "they"? If you attended a Teams meeting as an external or a guest you can't view the recording via the Stream URL. Someone from the tenant where the meeting was recorded, for example the recording starter or a Stream Admin, should download the video and give you access over OneDrive or SharePoint.
