Team Members can't view recordings

I recorded a MS Teams meeting and team members cannot view the video. When they open the recording and go to Microsoft stream they get a pop-up that says access denied. All the people that are trying to view the meeting are members of the team and received the invite to join the meeting. Has anyone else seen this?
