Stream doesn't work with Microsoft Teams

Oh Well, when I try to open a recorded video of a Team conversation it says this:

And when I try to open it in the Web version it says this:

And Our Teachers know for sure that there was no fault on there part!

Pls reply, I'm in "pain"!!!!
