Saved videos in a Stream channel but they disappeared from channel

Has anyone encounter the same problem? My videos are still in "My videos" section, but they disappeared from the channel I had saved them in.

yes I have now had two reports of videos shared to a Stream Channel disappearing from the channel but still in the users video library.
