Restrictions on Channel
In the Quotes and Limitation documentation, You are writing

Do you mean with AD Security groups also Office Groups ?
Because I can only select Open Office Groups or Private Office Groups where I'm a member.
What is the maximum limit of members in an Office Group ?

The limit is related to both AD Security Groups / Office 365 Groups. In regards of the maximum number of members in a Group, it's not very well documented and If I remember well, this number is 2500...but if you check the following Microsoft support article you will see they simply say more than 1000: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Learn-about-Office-365-Groups-b565caa1-5c40-40ef-9915-60fdb2d97fa2#ID0EAADAAA=Manage
