It would be great if someone could provide solution to the below query.
We are hosting several training sessions over MS teams where the session is being recorded so that the participants who were not able to join the live session can watch the recording later. But we are facing the issue that participants who didn't join the live session are not able to access the recordings and video owner has to give access to each person separately.
Can you please suggest something to fix this issue or some workaround so that everyone who was invited in training session can access the recording regardless of if they had participated in the live session or not. Thanks,
