Forms not displaying when Stream video is embedded

Hi,

I have a MS Stream video that I have embedded (into an eLearning module), the video has 3 MS Forms questions that are supposed to pop up through out. However, these do not pop-up automatically for users on first view and on subsequent views the button pop up option to view the form does not appear either. 

Do forms simply not work when viewing Stream videos via the Shared embed code? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

      No, nothing at all. Guess it needs to be liked or upvoted or something to get attention? Are you having a similar issue?
