domain_hint or whr parameter not working

Hi, 

I am using the domain_hint or whr parameter with the value for federated domain appended to https://web.microsoftstream.com as suggested in the documentation but still getting the sign-in page instead of a redirect to ADFS.

Is this a known problem with Stream?
