Conditional Access controls and dependencies for Microsoft Stream
Hello all,
I have a few questions/clarifications regarding Microsoft Stream conditional access which I think will become even more relevant when the Anonymous/Guest access feature reaches GA.
- There is no existing Stream cloud app in Azure AD conditional access; is this correct?
- If so, is this on the roadmap and is there a timeline to create such a control here?
- Stream is dependent on at least the Exchange Online Policy conditional access rules; is this correct?
(as per this post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Stream-Forum/Cannot-login-into-Stream-You-can-t-get-there-from-here/m-p/82761#M620)- Are there other dependencies within AAD CA? i.e. what would need to be opened up for external anonymous access
Thanks in advance

Adding Saili Raje , she has been investigating conditional access policies and how they affect Stream. Saili - can you add more details on these questions?
Freddy - You are correct that Stream doesn't show up as a cloud app in AAD conditional access settings. Saili was looking into this and trying to track down what it means and/or how we can add Stream there.
We don't support external anonymous access in Stream yet, so I don't know if when we do that project there will be any other AAD CA issues.
