Company Policy for New version of Stream

Hello

I've configured the new version of Stream ( i.e. OneDrive for Business and SharePoint), but the Stream Company Policy is set up the the Stream (Classic) version and set to force user to accept the policy before recording.

When I record a Teams meeting I cannot see the the Company Policy. Can I confirm this is due to the new version and no longer available for the new version? or is Microsoft Planning to move this to the new version.
