Can you disable "offline videos" feature on the Stream Mobile app?

I've tried searching but can't find an answer to the two following questions:

1) Is it possible to disable the "Make available offline" feature on the Stream Mobile app, either per video or across all videos?

2) If a video is made available offline, how long does it remain available? Is it possible to set an "expiry" date on videos after which they are removed automatically?
