Can we use API on Microsoft stream??

Hi,

I would like to use API on Microsoft Stream and do these tasks, can we do it or not?

・Upload videos to any storage

・Extract subtitles from uploaded videos

・Download generated vtt file

@hanakajima - The MS Graph APIs for files allow you to upload a video to a user's OneDrive, a SharePoint site, Yammer Community, or Teams team. But we do not have public APIs to force subtitle generation nor to download the VTT.

What is your use case?

my client is just thinking if he use Stream or Azure indexer for adding subtitle.

How about ability to upload 100% correct accessibility friendly caption file with API? Or updating the thumbnail? Getting view metrics unique to video types? I found this thread hoping to bulk load caption files that were hand-crafted as part of migrating content to Stream. Looks like best I can do is give users instructions to re-upload all their caption files.
